En Fuego Camp Policies – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
​1. What is the refund policy for En Fuego camps?

We do not offer refunds unless the camp is canceled by En Fuego. In the event of participant cancellation, credit may be applied to a future camp or clinic, subject to availability and approval.

2. What happens if my child is absent from camp?
We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for absences. However, we may be able to offer a make-up session during a future camp if space allows.

3. What should my child bring to camp?
Campers should bring:

Appropriate athletic gear (cleats/turf shoes, glove, bat, etc.)

Water bottle

Snacks/lunch (unless otherwise noted)

Sunscreen

4. Will food be provided at camp?
Lunch is not provided unless stated in the camp description. A snack bar may be available with items for purchase, such as Chick-fil-A sandwiches or burritos (when offered).

5. What is the check-in and pick-up process?
Check-in typically begins 30–60 minutes before camp starts. Camp start and end times will be clearly communicated by email prior to the event. Please be prompt for pick-up, as late fees may apply.

6. Are walk-up registrations allowed?
Walk-ups are allowed only if space is available. We strongly encourage early registration to guarantee a spot and to help with planning.

7. What happens if camp is canceled due to weather or low enrollment?
In the event of a cancellation due to weather or insufficient registration, you will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to another camp date.

8. Is my child insured during camp?
En Fuego provides basic accident coverage. However, we recommend all participants have personal health insurance. Parents/guardians must complete a liability waiver during registration.

9. What is the camper-to-coach ratio?
We aim to maintain a low camper-to-coach ratio to ensure personalized instruction and safety. Typically, the ratio is 9:1 or better.

10. Can parents stay and watch camp?
Yes, parents are welcome to observe from designated viewing areas. We ask that all spectators respect boundaries and refrain from coaching from the sidelines.

11. Is this a recruiting camp?
No.
